By connecting to the TDM server hosted at 75.17.38.206:27960 anytime from Wednesday May 21, 2008 through Wednesday May 28, 2008 you acknowledge that you have read and understand and agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you do not agree, simply do not connect to the server during this time fame. DJSDE staff reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
All players are eligible to win the $100 cash prize. The winner will be the player with the highest score after the event ends on Wednesday May 28, 2008. The winner's gametag/player name will be posted online at http://djsde.angelfire.com. The other nine highest scoring players will also have their gametag/player names posted as well. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact the DJSDE staff via email to dj_schuby04@yahoo.com to claim the prize. If the prize has not been claimed after two business days following Wednesday May 28 2008, then DJSDE staff will have an update posted online at http://djsde.angelfire.com which will inform that the winner has not claimed the prize and the 2nd place winner can come forward to claim the prize. If the 2nd place winner does not come forward to claim the prize after two business days, DJSDE staff will post an update at http://djsde.angelfire.com stating that the 3rd place winner can come forward to claim the prize. If the prize is still not claimed after two business days, we will then move down to the forth highest scoring player to claim the prize in the same fashion as the first three. We will keep proceeding in this fashion, each time moving down the highest scoring player list, by one, until the prize is claimed. In the circumstance that a player has become the winner due to the winner not claiming the prize, the new winner has two business days to claim the prize. Any claims that are sent in over any weekend will be denied unless the two day prize claim period has begun on the Friday before that weekend. In this circumstance, the player has until Monday night at 11:59 PM CST to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed by any of the players, then the prize money will be donated to http://urbanterror.net.
PRIZE PAYMENT DETAILS
Once DJSDE staff can confirm that the winner has claimed the prize, we will ask for a name and mailing address. DJSDE will send a money order in the amount of $100 to the winner. If no winner claims the prize, we will donate the money to http://urbanterror.net as stated above. In this circumstance, DJSDE staff will contact the webmaster and require a name and mailing address to send the $100 donation.
SCORING
The player scores will be tracked the entire week and the player with the highest score at the end of the week will be declared the winner. Players will not lose their score if they disconnect and reconnect. Each time a player scores points, the points will be added to our score list. Player points will be totaled at the end of the week and a winner will be declared.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARTICIPATING PLAYERS
Any and all players connected to the server hosted at 75.17.38.206:27960 anytime from Wednesday May 21, 2008 through Wednesday May 28, 2008 agree that they will meet the following:
1. Will not harass any other players or administrators
2. Will not use any third party software to give an unfair advantage
3. Will not cause damage or disruption to the server, or any player's computers
4. Will not impersonate any other player or administrator
5. Will be respectful of other players and administrators
